PREVO visits once each month while the home is enrolled in Seasonal Home Care.
Is this the same as Quarterly Care?+
No. Quarterly Care is a planned maintenance checklist four times per year. Seasonal Home Care is a monthly empty-home visit focused on visibility, climate, water, moisture, access, and obvious concerns.
Does this include a homeowner task list?+
Seasonal Home Care follows PREVO’s empty-home checklist. Separate requests can be reviewed before anything is added.
Is this home-watch or security patrol?+
No. PREVO provides scheduled monthly empty-home visits and care records. We do not continuously monitor the home, respond to alarms, patrol the property, or certify the home for insurance purposes.
What if PREVO sees a problem?+
We photograph the visible concern, explain what was observed, and recommend the next step. Licensed trade work, emergencies, and larger repairs are handled separately.
